The course covers how to plan construction projects, how to manage supply chains, how to keep people working together, and how to use Building Information Modelling (BIM) for a more efficient construction process. A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, or an equivalent professional qualification with practice experience may be considered, a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent*), GPA of 2.8* or above, 55% (52% from Delhi/Mumbai/Pune Universities)
