Curriculum Structure

Year 1 (Taught Stage)

In the first semester, you’ll study Strategic Management and Finance in Engineering, Engineering Project Management, and Human Resources and Change Management in Engineering, building a strong foundation in leadership and organizational effectiveness. The second semester focuses on specialist supply chain modules such as Strategic Supply Chain Management and Logistics and Transportation Systems, where you’ll explore how international networks operate and how goods are moved efficiently across borders. You’ll then choose between two streams:

  • Supply Chain Management Stream: Simulation for Managerial Decision-Making and Operational Effectiveness, Lean and Agile Manufacturing.
  • Sustainable Engineering Stream: Environmental Regulations and Impact Assessment and Pathways to Net Zero
