It suits students from both business and non-business backgrounds who are eager to pursue careers in logistics, procurement, transportation, and operations, combining theory with real-world practice and responsible management.

Curriculum Structure

Year 1 – Core Foundations (Semester One)

You’ll begin with modules such as Managing Organisations and Organisational Behaviour, which introduces leadership approaches, equality, diversity, and teamwork in modern workplaces. Alongside this, Operations Management Fundamentals builds your understanding of how manufacturing and service industries manage processes efficiently, while Finance for Managers equips you with the tools to evaluate corporate performance and strategy. You’ll also study Marketing Fundamentals and Strategic Management, gaining insights into customer needs and long-term organisational success.

Year 1 – Advanced Applications (Semester Two)

In the second semester, you’ll focus on specialist modules including Supply Chain Management in Practice, where you’ll apply theory to real-world logistics challenges. Strategic Global Supply Chains explores how supply chain design aligns with business objectives, while Risk, Resilience and Sustainability in Technology-Enabled Supply Chains examines how organisations adapt to uncertainty and sustainability demands. You’ll also study Responsible and Sustainable Management and Managing People in a Global Context, developing ethical and cross-cultural management skills.
