Program Overview

This MSc is designed for anyone who wants to take a leading role in the AI-powered business world. You’ll learn how to use AI to solve real business challenges, make smarter data-driven decisions, and understand the ethical and strategic impact of AI on organisations. 

Curriculum Structure

Semester 1 – Building Your Foundations
In your first semester, you’ll get a solid grounding in both AI and business. Modules like AI Fundamentals and Responsible Innovation and AI in Modern Organisations introduce the core of AI systems, while Managing Innovation and Creativity and Strategy, Management and Information Systems show you how to lead technological change in real companies. 

Semester 2 – Applying AI in Business
Next, you’ll see how AI works in practice. Modules such as Generative AI for Businesses, Strategic Service Management, Group Consultancy in Project Management, and Design of Information Systems give you the chance to explore how organisations can use AI to transform their operations and services.

Semester 3 – Real-World Project
Finally, you’ll complete a 60-credit dissertation where you can either research a topic or work on a practical project with a real organisation. It’s your opportunity to put everything you’ve learned into practice and make a real impact.
