MA Translation and Literature course will allow you to further specialise in literature and general translation. In the second term you will also learn techniques of professional literary translation. You develop your own personal translation skills, allowing you to translate a literary work accurately and creatively from one language to another for your dissertation.
Should have overall grade of 2:2 and above, or equivalent, in French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish or a 2:2 degree, or equivalent, which includes English as a major component, Personal statement no more than 500 words is required, Official transcript(s), in English or a certified translation of your academic results to date, showing marks or grades, must be provided at the time you make your application, copy of your CV, Certified copy of your orginal diploma, Certified copy of your complete list of grade, IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum component score of 6.0, TOEFL (iBT) with 88 overall, with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing, PTE 60 overall, with a minimum of 51 in each component, A score of 176 overall on the Cambridge English Scale, with a minimum of 162 in each component.
