This course covers the basics of atmosphere physics, analysis of meteorological and climate data (from observations and models), and forecasting. You will develop your skills in forecasting, weather analysis and statistics, and learn how to interrogate cutting-edge research. This course is ideal if you are interested in a career in forecasting and applications of meteorology, weather and climate.
A good undergraduate honours degree (2:2 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK, in relevant subject. IELTS 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).
