The course will provide media and communication professionals with an informed and critical perspective on the future of communications, and future researchers and academics will gain advanced skills in media and communications.You'll take four core classes covering the theory, history and practice in communication and media, a research skills class and two option classes in communications.
First- or upper second-class Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in Media and Cultural Studies, English Studies, or a related discipline. An undergraduate degree in media or communication is not a prerequisite for this programme and we would be delighted to welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds. Entry may be possible with other qualifications and/or work experience: i.e.IELTS: Minimum overall band score of 6.5 (no individual test score below 5.5).
