For example, you will explore how artificial intelligence is impacting the power dynamics within the news industry and the ethical challenges that come with it. You will also gain knowledge of coding for journalistic purposes and big data trends in storytelling.
Apart from learning about the latest trends, their origins, and future projections, you will also develop critical, independent, and researching skills by specializing in a particular subject or topic.
The institution acknowledges similar qualifications from recognized foreign institutions, including: A minimum of a second-class honours degree of 2:2 or higher in engineering, science, or computer science. Individuals with other degrees, but relevant work experience, will also be taken into account. To be eligible for enrolment, English language proficiency is required. The most frequently accepted proof of English language skills is an IELTS score of 6.5 (with no less than 6.0 in each component).
