Phase Three – Making an Impact:
The final phase is hands-on and immersive. You’ll take on a Management Consultancy Project with a real client and complete an Individual Project, applying everything you’ve learned to solve real business challenges. This is your chance to demonstrate your leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking in a practical setting.
