NA On Campus Masters Program

University of Oxford

Program Overview

The Oxford MBA is an exciting, one-year full-time program that blends rigorous business training with real-world impact. It’s perfect for ambitious professionals looking to step up into leadership roles, pivot careers, or gain a global network — all while learning from world-class faculty and industry experts.

Curriculum Structure

First Phase: Foundation & Core Learning

You’ll start with a short Pre-MBA Online module over the summer to make sure everyone is ready for the year ahead, brushing up on key business fundamentals. Once the program kicks off, you’ll dive into core courses like Accounting, Business Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Technology & Operations Management, and Organisational Behaviour, giving you a solid foundation in how businesses really operate and how to lead teams effectively.

Middle Phase: Core + First Electives

As you move into the next term, you’ll finish core courses such as Strategy and Firms and Markets, while starting to explore electives that match your personal goals. This is where you can begin shaping your MBA journey — whether that’s finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, or social impact.

Final Phase and Summer: Specialisation & Real-World Application

In the last term, you can dive deeper into up to six electives, exploring cutting-edge areas like fintech, sustainability, or corporate transformation. Then comes the highlight: a seven-week Strategic Consulting Project where you tackle a real-world challenge for a company or social enterprise — a chance to put everything you’ve learned into action and make a tangible impact. Co-curricular programs like the Finance Lab, Consulting Development Programme, and Impact Lab give you hands-on experience alongside your studies.
