An increasingly globalised economy requires international commercial law professionals to have a wide range of knowledge on issues relevant to international commerce, such as the World Trade Organisation and the law of international trade, and in areas such as international finance, intellectual property or international energy law. The LLM in International Commercial Law has been designed to meet the distinct, identified needs of international commercial law professionals and legal practitioners. You will gain specialist legal knowledge within a practical context, whilst developing expertise in chosen areas and enhancing your research skills. With maximum flexibility in mind, the course allows you to work towards your LLM in stages.
A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in Law, or an honours degree with law modules, a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent*), GPA of 2.8* or above, 55% (52% from Delhi/Mumbai/Pune Universities)
