Program Description

This course will enable you to develop specialised legal expertise on the treatment of cross-border disputes internationally and in Europe. You will study conflicts of jurisdiction and laws, and the effects of foreign judgement.

Eligibility Criteria

Students should have a 2.2 Honours BSc or above (or a suitable qualification) in a relevant discipline. IELTS Overall 6.5, Listening 5.5, Reading 5.5, Writing 6.0, Speaking 6.0.
