The course is ideal for those who want to specialise in the field of international business law and aspire to senior positions in either the private, public or international sectors. It provides a critical insight into the legal principles governing international trade law and practice, as well as the various means of resolving international trade disputes. Graduates from the course have gone on to hold senior advisory positions in multinational companies, advising on matters ranging from marine insurance to the resolution of international commercial disputes.
An Honours degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent, in relevant subjects. The minimum for IELTS is 6.0 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent. Interview required.
