Law is crucial for promoting and protecting human rights at international, regional and domestic levels. This LLM will provide you with an advanced theoretical and empirical understanding of international human rights and humanitarian law. Modules will focus on areas that are at the forefront of human rights and humanitarian law, utilising both doctrinal and critical academic knowledge to examine both the benefits and the difficulties of enforcing these bodies of law.
A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in Law or a degree with substantial law content. IELTS 7.0 overall including 7.0 in Writing, and 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking.
