Cybercrime is a relatively new and growing area for both civil and criminal investigation. This course has been developed by law enforcement practitioners to enhance knowledge and practical skills in the areas of behavioural psychology, criminal investigation and the technical aspects of obtaining computer-based evidence. Aimed at personal professional development for current investigators in the criminal and private sector and as a natural progression for graduates in Computer Forensics, Psychology or Policing. Modules include Research Skills, Behavioural Dynamics of Cybercrime, Digital Forensic Technology, Open Source Internet Investigation, Policing of cybercrime and a research project for your dissertation.
