2 Years On Campus Masters Program
The importance of governance in achieving sustainable development, including fair outcomes in global socio-economic and environmental issues such as poverty, climate change, food security, and biodiversity loss, is increasingly recognized.
The program consists of four core modules and two optional modules that are completed during the autumn and winter/spring terms, followed by a dissertation period during the summer. Depending on when you start the course, you will submit a final dissertation or a work-based project report in October or January of the following year.
Each module is typically worth 20 credits, with the exception of the Dissertation and Work Integrated Learning modules, which are worth 60 credits each. If you have secured a suitable placement with an external organization, you may choose to replace the Dissertation with Work Integrated Learning, subject to prior agreement.
The institution acknowledges similar qualifications from recognized foreign institutions, including: A minimum of a second-class honours degree of 2:2 or higher in engineering, science, or computer science. Individuals with other degrees, but relevant work experience, will also be taken into account. To be eligible for enrolment, English language proficiency is required. The most frequently accepted proof of English language skills is an IELTS score of 6.5 (with no less than 6.0 in each component).
