Additional Information & Requirements

Normally a minimum of a second-class UK Bachelor's degree in an appropriate subject, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. Applicants who do not hold a first degree may, but who have professional or other qualification together with at least three years of appropriate professional experience may also be admitted. In such situations, a special qualifying examination may be set; details can be obtained from the Bartlett's Graduate Faculty Office. Please note: only applicants who already hold a first degree in planning, already approved by the RTPI as the first three years of a 3+1 programme, will receive full RTPI accreditation on successful completion of this degree. IELTS- standard level overall grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6 in each of the subjects/good level overall grade of 7 with a minimum of 6.5 in each of the subjects/advanced level overall grade of 7.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each of the subjects. TOEFL - standard level score of 92 overall with 24/30 in reading and writing and 20/30 in speaking and listening/ good level score of 100 overall with 24/30 in reading and writing and 20/30 in speaking and listening/ advanced level score of 109 overall 24/30 in reading and writing and 20/30 in speaking and listening.
