Completed application for admission. Official transcripts from all post high school educational institutions attended. Complete a Bachelor s degree with a minimum of a 3.25 GPA on the last 60 hours of course work. A personal statement. Resume. Two confidential letters of recommendation. Completion of at least 100 hours of volunteer or paid work experience with hospitalized children ages birth to 18 years. Copy of their valid passport. Financial Statement of Support. TOEFL Score: A minimum score of 525 or a minimum computer-based score of 195 is required.
