Program Overview

The M.Mus degree program is designed to develop technical and musical skills through weekly, hour-long, private composition lessons. Projects will be discussed and carried to fruition with imminent performance in mind. In addition to one-on-one meetings, students are required to participate in the weekly Composers Forum. At the forum, students will listen, analyze, spontaneously create, and discuss aspects of music or the field not generally covered in private lessons.

A Bachelor's degrees from regionally accredited colleges or universities and meeting the criteria indicating high potential to succeed in graduate-level work. Require equivalent of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, Copies of all academic records, Original Personal Statement , Provide financial documentation, Two Letters of Recommendation,CV or Resume, Test scores: 83 in TOEFL, 6 in IELTS, 53 in PTE or successful completion of ELS Level 112, GRE or GMAT scores.
