The Zicklin Executive Master of Science in Human Resource Management (EMS HRM) is designed for HR professionals with 5 or more years of business experience who are seeking to accelerate their careers. Modern organizations realize that people are the key to sustainable business success and HR has evolved from a support function to a revenue driver. Today s HR practitioners need to understand how business strategy ties into people strategy. The EMS HRM 30 credit curriculum is closely aligned with state-of-the-art HR competencies required to succeed as an HR leader.
