18 Months On Campus Masters Program
National Louis UniversityOur Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) degree program gives you the leadership skills to help build organizations that maximize the effectiveness of human capital. From planning and hiring, to retaining and developing top talent, our program will prepare you for a variety of senior roles within the field. You’ll acquire the skills and flexibility to adapt to changes in the economy, technology, globalization and demographics. The HRMD program can be completed in 18 months.
