University of California Santa BarbaraThe Technology Management Program's Master of Technology Management (MTM) is designed to train future technology and business leaders, with a focus on providing students with the knowledge and experience to perform effectively in, and provide leadership to, global technology teams. MTM is an intensive nine-month, professional master's degree intended for exceptional students with engineering, science, mathematics, or quantitative social science backgrounds who have a demonstrated potential for leadership. The curriculum will be of particular value for those students whose goal is to work in companies that rely heavily on innovation from their engineering, science, and operational teams.
