The MA in Dual Language Teacher Leadership (DLTL) prepares licensed teachers to implement innovative instructional and leadership strategies that support dual language education a dynamic, highly effective form of education in which students are taught literacy and content in two languages. Upon completion of the program, candidates will be eligible to add both the Bilingual/ESL and Teacher Leader endorsements to their Illinois teaching license.
