The M.Ed. or Ed.S. in Educational Leadership is for individuals who want to take on leadership roles in a variety of educational settings, including PK-12 schools and education focused organizations, nonprofit organizations, museums, and corporate learning. Through coursework and field-based learning, you will build on your knowledge and experience and gain school leadership and management skills that will position you for career advancement.
This program prepares exceptional leaders who understand the complex issues that shape education and foster high levels of achievement. Blending research and pedagogy with realistic and relevant problems of practice, the curriculum will prepare you to effectively navigate the challenges of contemporary schools and workplaces, guide instruction that serves diverse populations, design improvement plans aligned to system-level objectives and strategies, evaluate financial operations, and drive data-informed decision making.
