The mission of the TCU Educational Leadership doctoral program is to develop teacher-scholar leaders who make a difference for the common good. The program serves four types of students:Those from outside the EC-12 system who want to establish professional roots in EC-12Those from within the EC-12 educational context who want to grow, develop and work in a leadership aspect within the EC-12 contextThose who want to work external to EC-12 but in education-related endeavors (business/corporate training, policy organizations, nongovernmental organizations, or as higher education faculty members with EC-12 leadership emphasis), andThose on a personal or professional journey to develop as leaders in an education-related context.
