Completed Graduate Application. Official Bachelor s Degree Transcripts. Official Transcript Evaluation is required if educated outside of the U.S. or a U.S. territory must be original. Admission to this degree program requires a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the most recent two years of post-secondary education. Applicants are also asked to provide official and complete score reports from the Praxis Core exam and/or test results from the SAT or ACT demonstrating mastery of general knowledge, including the ability to read, write and compute. Program Planning Conference. Copy of a Valid Passport, Visa, and I-94. Immunization Record. Affidavit of Support. Bank Statement. Copy of current I-20. Proof of Language Proficiency: Verified TOEFL iBT: 46 or greater, PTE Score: 46 or greater, or IELTS Academic: 5.5 or greater OR proof of a U.S. degree OR successful completion of specific courses from a U.S. institution ENG 101, ENG 102, Research Writing Course completed within 7 years of admission.
