Georgia Educator Ethics Assessment. Personal Statement - The statement should be 1-2 page personal statement. Personal Resume or CV. Two Letters of Recommendation. Interview. GaPSC Application for Pre-Service Certification: needed after being admitted to the program. TOEFL - Minimum required score: Internet version iBT - 80. IELTS- Minimum required score: 6.5. Copy of your Passport.
