Apply Online. Official transcript from every regionally accredited college or university. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. A minimum 3.0 grade point average for the most recent 60 semester hours completed. Completed and signed forms: Character Questionnaire form, Ethical Educator form. Submit Teaching License Copy. Copy of Passport ID page. Declaration of Finance form. Proof of English Language Proficiency: TOEFL score of 80 or higher, IELTS score of 6.5 or higher, iTEP score of 3.9 or higher, Duolingo score of 110 or higher, PTE score of 58 or higher.
