Hofstra University’s School of Education offers its Inclusive Early Childhood Special Education, MSEd to candidates who are seeking their first teacher prep program which will earn both their NYS Initial Early Child Birth-2 and Students with Disabilities Birth-2 certifications. Candidates with no prior background in education who are seeking to work with both Early Childhood and Special Education populations are encouraged to apply.

Application A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major, concentration, or the equivalent in one or more of the liberal arts and sciences. Coursework must include at least 3 credits in the following: Math, Science, History/Social Science, English, and World Language with a grade of C or above. Unofficial Transcripts GPA 3.0 out of (4.0 scale) Personal Statement Three Letters of Recommendation Interview TOEFL iBT: 80 OR IELTS 6.5 overall. GRE (optional)
