The master's in educational psychology (MEd) has wide applicability. This degree can be obtained in its generalized track, in the form of a customizable specialization, or in the Higher Education Student Affairs (HESA) nonthesis track. The customizable specialization allows students to collaborate with their academic advisor to determine electives that meet the student's needs and interests with emphasis on specific skills and knowledge.v

Grade point average (GPA) for the most recent 60 credit hours of undergraduate coursework; evidence of academic competence, a resume; names, addresses and phone numbers of three people to provide letters of reference; a statement of professional goals; and a statement of research interests, (GRE) scores of at least 150 for each GRE subsection (verbal and quantitative) and a GRE writing assessment score of 4.0 or higher; Miller Analogies Test equal to the national mean score at the time of taking the exam(400). TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 79 minimum (scores must be less than two years old), IELTS score of 6.5 minimum (must be less than two years old) or 5.5. An overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Resume required, Three References required.
