Program Overview

The master of arts in multicultural college teaching and learning offered by the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) provides an opportunity for intensive study of a transformative approach to teaching and learning to promote access to and success for traditionally underserved students. The program is multidisciplinary and a broad understanding of multiculturalism is employed that includes race, ethnicity, class, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, and religion, so as to acknowledge that personal identity is complex and intersectional.
