The program has been enrolling students since Fall of 1993. The Master of Building Construction Program continues to develop research opportunities, strong industry relations, and excellent academic content.
Enrollment in the program is limited to provide sufficient faculty support, which helps our students meet their educational objectives.
Application A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a (previously referred to as) “regionally” accredited college or university. Official transcripts. A minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) TOEFL (internet-based) [IBT]: Overall Score: 79; Speaking Section Score: 23 or higher. IELTS: Overall Score: 6.5 or higher; Speaking Section Score of 7 or higher.
