BS degree in electrical engineering EE or computer engineering from an accredited institution. Applicants are also expected to have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in both the baccalaureate major area EE or CpE and overall. Applicants with a GPA below a 3.0 may be considered for provisional admission, two letters of recommendation from former instructors or employment supervisors, transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, GRE scores, a resume, and a personal statement of objectives are required, English Language requirement: TOEFL IBT: 79, TOEFL Paper-Based: 550, IELTS: 6.5 overall, GRE verbal reasoning: 150, GRE verbal: 480, SAT critical reading: 480, SAT reading test: 26, GCSE or GCE: O level pass in English; CPE: C or higher, PTE Academic Test: 53
