Old Dominion University History

Old Dominion University's history started in the year 1930 as the Norfolk Division of the College of William and Mary. J.A.C. Chandler and Robert M. Hughes played a big role in the establishment of the University. Till 1962 the University was a part of the William and Mary and after that, it was renamed Old Dominion University and gained the power of the University.
