The Master of Arts (M.A.) degree program in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) requires a two-year commitment of 5-7 semesters (including summers) and a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit. In addition, students must meet all academic and clinical requirements specified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
