Geology major focuses on the study of rocks and minerals, petrologic relationships, rock-forming processes and field methods in the earth sciences. This program is a good fit for you if you plan to pursue a career in the geological sciences, including mining, resource exploration and recovery, environmental assessment and remediation, water resource management, construction planning or other related fields.
High school GPA of 3.0/4.0 (US grading scale), Interview with Admissions Representative, Test scores: TOEFL minimum required score of 80, IELTS minimum required score of 6.5 overall band. Letter of Intent/Statement of Purpose, 3 Letters of Recommendation, Resume/CV and Sample research/writing sample.
