Program Overview

Our M.A. students study French and Francophone literatures from a broadly interdisciplinary perspective that reflects the faculty's diverse intellectual interests, from theory and cultural studies to philosophy, comics, queer studies, film, visual culture, and politics. Over the course of our two year program students work closely with faculty in small graduate seminars and participate in the Department's lecture and film series
