Financial Affidavit Form and evidence of financial resources for study in the U.S. A minimum 3.25 grade point average in the baccalaureate degree, a score of 4.5 or better on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or GMAT analytical writing section. TOEFL iBT Total Score 80, or IELTS Overall Score 7.0. One-page Curriculum Vitae, Statement of Purpose (500 word max.), Two Letters of Recommendation, Writing Sample, Official Transcripts.
