A degree in Interdisciplinary Studies is offered as a Master of Arts and a Master of Science to meet the unique needs and interests of students that cannot be met in a reasonable manner by one of the regularly offered graduate degree programs at SF State.
Admission only by permission. Meeting with graduate advisor required. Financial Affidavit Form and evidence of financial resources for study in the U.S. A minimum 3.25 grade point average in the baccalaureate degree, a score of 4.5 or better on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or GMAT analytical writing section. TOEFL iBT Total Score 80, or IELTS Overall Score 7.0. One-page Curriculum Vitae, Statement of Purpose (500 word max.), Two Letters of Recommendation, Writing Sample, Official Transcripts.
