The Executive MBA Program is an 18-month accredited MBA focused on developing agile, strategic business leaders. The program is designed for experienced executives, high-potential managers and business owners who wish to strengthen their leadership skills and business knowledge to enhance their job performance and advance their careers.The In-Residence Seminar, a three-day orientation in mid-August, marks the beginning of the Executive MBA program. The seminar is designed to prepare students for success in their coursework, both as individuals and as team members, and provides tools to improve teamwork and leadership skills.
