Program Overview

The two-year, 60-credit hour residential MHSA degree focuses on the organization, financing, marketing, and management of health care systems. The program prepares students for leadership roles and careers in health care, including, but not limited to health systems, hospitals, clinics, and emergency services, insurance, and consulting. The degree includes a 10-12 week internship.

All students working toward the degree take a set of courses designed to provide an in-depth education in the issues, skills, and competencies necessary for leaders in the field of health management and policy.
