The Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) track, prepared by nursing faculty at Georgia Baptist College of Nursing (GBCN), adheres to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), The Essentials of Master's Education for Advanced Nursing Practice, 2011. The AGPCNP track prepares advanced practice nurses to deliver primary healthcare to individuals across the adult lifespan from adolescence through end of life. Nurse practitioners with this specialty have the knowledge and clinical skills necessary for health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses in adults and older adults.

Official transcripts from the previously attended schools, Graduation from a baccalaureate nursing program, An undergraduate Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. 3 leters of reference, Cover letter, English language profeciency TOEFL score of 100 (Internet based TOEFL) as well as minimum scores of 20 in each of the subtests in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
