Additional Information & Requirements

Online application and application to the Kitty Degree School of Nursing. Have a baccalaureate degree in a field or major other than occupational therapy from a regionally accredited college or university. Be certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant with a minimum of one year of experience or 1000 hours as a practicing COTA. Be admitted to the ULM Graduate School with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5, and no less than a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale for the last 30 hours. All applicants are required to submit a minimum TOEFL score of 61 for the internet-based test, 500 for the paper-based test, and 173 for the computer-based test. Minimum IELTS score of 5.5. Statement of Financial Backing. Proof of Immunization Form.
