A U.S. bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university. Official transcripts. GPA: A minimum of 2.5 on a scale of 4.0 TOEFL iBT: 80 or IELTS 6.5 overall. Letters of recommendation recommendation need to be submitted upon request.
