The mission of WSU s Sport Management department is to develop students into welleducated, ethical, competent sport management professionals. The department s teaching, research, and service activities will occur in a positive learning environment valuing both theory and practice. WSU is one of just fifteen institutions in the world with programs accredited by the Commission on Sport.
Completed an earned undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited university a minimum grade point average of 2.750 (4.000 system), cumulative score for the verbal and quantitative sections of the Graduate Record Exam (optional), and faculty evaluation based on letter of application, resume, and three reference reports. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 79 minimum (scores must be less than two years old), IELTS score of 6.5 minimum (must be less than two years old) or 5.5.
