Saint Louis University's Department of Theological Studies offers a Master of Arts in Religious Education (M.A.R.E.) geared toward students who want to earn a degree that will prepare them to work as a religious educator in a parish setting or a theology teacher in Catholic schools. This program offers students an introduction to the major fields of theological study and pedagogical training, and practical experience through a joint degree with the SLU School of Education.
