2 Years On Campus Masters Program
Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology focuses on understanding, predicting, and modifying behavior in organizational settings and work environments to address individual, organizational, and group/team challenges. The online Master of Science in I/O Psychology is designed to train students with the knowledge and skills to become I/O practitioners in applied settings. It is a distance education program, and it is delivered totally online and asynchronously. The Department of Psychological Sciences partnered with Auburn Online to develop courses that maximize the student learning experience by providing high-quality content and multiple opportunities for interaction.
Application A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a (previously referred to as) “regionally” accredited college or university. Official transcripts.
