Additional Information & Requirements

Online application for admission. Official copies of undergraduate and graduate transcripts from each institution attended with all degrees posted. All transcripts must be from accredited institutions. A student may be admitted by one of the three following methods: A minimum 2.75 GPA overall or 3.00 GPA in the last 60 hours attempted or Completion of 18 hours in substance abuse studies or behavioral science with a GPA of 3.00. Application will be allowed for those candidates possessing a master s degree from an appropriately accredited university/ college in behavioral science. Personal Statement. Three letters of recommendation. An official or certified bank statement. Copy of passport. Statement of Financial Sponsorship. Proof of English Proficiency: TOEFL - 79 IBT or 550 PBT; IELTS - 6.5 overall band; Duolingo English Test - 105; Transcripts showing undergraduate degree was completed from an accredited university or college within the United States or from a UCO-approved native English-speaking country.
