Complete application form, Send official Bachelor degree academic records (transcripts, mark sheets, graduation certificate), Submit an English proficiency test score- a TOEFL score of at least 79 (iBT or iBT Special Home Edition) or an IELTS of at least 6.5. SHSU is currently accepting Duolingo scores of at least 105.
