A two-page double-spaced Statement of Purpose describing your interests and background in art, reasons for pursuing the M.F.A. degree, and reasons for selecting San Francisco State University. Three letters of recommendation. Creative work portfolio. Financial Affidavit Form and evidence of financial resources for study in the U.S. TOEFL iBT Total Score 80, or IELTS Overall Score 7.0. One-page Curriculum Vitae.
