The PhD in Geography at UFBA received concept 4 and is the first in this area of knowledge in the State of Bahia. The course with the entry of the first group of doctoral students in the program. With the creation and installation of the Doctorate, a new curricular structure will take effect from 2011.2, for doctoral students, and from 2012.1, for Master's students.
